Unique Design Features:  The key design features to achieve a "unique universal" design aspect and other operational benefits are:​​

1.  Box X Box Design:

  • Allows for use with multiple casing weights; thus, reducing inventory levels and associated costs as no need for inventory in multiple configurations (fewer pieces can cover all possible requirements). 

  • Eliminates need for couplings and allows for use with either 114.3 or 139.7 mm pins without worry of having a coupling on hand.

2.   Low Transition Slope Angle:

  • Smooth fluid flow, reducing fluid turbulence.​

  • Reduced abrasion and wall wear and loss.

  • Eliminated tool catch and hang-up.

3.  Clear Drift:

  • Designed to allow clear drift for all weights of 114.3 mm and 139.7 mm casing.

4.  K55 / L80 / T95 / P110 Service:

  • Coated interior and exterior with metallic alloy corrosion coating MAC100Cc makes the crossover truly universal.  Our crossover is made from P110 or higher equivalent steel and coated to allow usage in L80 and T95 applications.

* The "X-Sub" is manufactured to meet API specifications and dimensions and have the API license stencilled on each piece along with full heat lot traceability.
